Heavy emphasis on scripture, prayer, and Christian evangelism; with little effort building out connections between modern conspiracy, religious history, and post-apocalypse survival. Spoiler alert… If you are looking for a story with a well-constructed plot and conclusion, look elsewhere. After wading through 24-hours of a thinly constructed plot and overbearing proselytizing, the book abruptly ends in a Christian disappearing act attributed to “the rapture”. Moral of the story… Accept Jesus as your savior or face the consequences. Many readers are drawn to this type of literature… this Christian finds it a little much.
