I absolutely love this story. I’ve read the book and listened to the audiobook many times. There is something about finding a family that you aren’t related to that truly is heartbreaking, yet heartwarming at the same time.
N.R. Walker and Joel Leslie are always a good choice separately, but together they make a great team. Wonderful writing and wonderful character creation. Joel does an amazing job bringing all the characters to life.
Worth every second of listening.
