I was worried at first with this book with the amount of blatant references to the Disney movie. if you take the time to not.give them much though the book is very enjoyable. there was many a time I squealed with delight at different moments due to some piping hot tea spilling. Was surprised that there is definitely more m/m in this than m/f but it establishes a foundation for future books. The world building is neat and I did enjoy the nod to Howl’s Moving Castle.
The characters are enjoyable and the narration was great. I’m looking forward to reading the next in the series.
