The series is good, this book and the editing of it is the problem. there was no coherent story arc in the book at all. Ending was incredibly soft and unfulfilling. The biggest moment happened at the beginning and should have been the end of book 3. The more of these I read, the more convinced I am that these books were chopped into pieces to sell more copies. I wouldn’t have bought 3 and 4 at all if they didn’t happen to be on sale for 5 dollars. They were ok buys at 5 dollars. if I had paid credits I would be returning. summary: the series is good if you can get it on sale, some of these books aren’t worth a credit on their own. they are good books cut into chunks, making them not great.
