The narrator did a good job with what he was given.

I liked the first 3 books and the prequel in this series; however, the character of Replacement is annoying and needs to go. She is too needy and controlling, like when she takes it upon herself to turn of Jack’s alarm because she thought he would want to sleep in. And he allows her to keep doing it. Her lack of boundaries, like always barging in when he’s in the shower, is grating as well. Add in that apparently the author makes it seem as though Jack is God’s gift to women is annoying. There is no character growth in the series. So after this book, I will probably not read the others in the series.
