I love the concept of this story. Two men feeling each other’s pain is a new one for me and it really blew me away. Though I loved the entire story, I absolutely loved the last two hours as they were emotional and brilliantly written. This was a gritty story with lots of love hate, distrust, and pain and I couldn’t stop listening to it.
I really liked Roach and Zane, but my heart really broke for Roach… until the end when Zane revealed all that happened to him with the biker gang. Then I really felt bad for them both. Even though both were very damaged they eventually, not easily or without pain, learn to trust one another.
Kirt Graves did a great job. The emotions he brought out perfectly and his tones were perfect for the characters.
