Kurt Thompson does not disappoint in his ability to have psychological insight and practical application, especially for Christians. I preferred the reader for anatomy of the soul by far over this reader, although it’s just a matter of taste. I feel like this reader lacked a certain nuance that made his reading feel unemotional
and distant, like a news anchor, about a topic that is deeply personal.
Still, a worthwhile listen. I suspect reading the text would be even better.
