The overall story was set at a good pace. While the beginning was a little bit of scene setting and discussion, it quickly went to the action and the conflict. The main character wasn’t as funny as he thought he was, but it was still very pleasant to listen to. I wasn’t able to predict where this book was going or who really was the on the opposite side and even until the end you can kind of empathize with some of the motivations. Not justify, but empathize. The one thing I loved about the story is Ben. I believe this is just one of those overexaggerating uncles that has the answer to almost everything. He was a fun character and it’s a shame he only came towards the end. Anyway, great story and I plan on continuing the series.
