I truly enjoyed this book although at times was very difficult to hear the details of what this poor woman went through. I would have given it a complete 5 star review however I felt that the author could have told the story a little more streamlined. That is my preference in reading/listening to a book. I understand that details regarding certain people and backgrounds need to be told and I appreciate that. However, I felt that it took away from the power of the story when done too often.
Kevin Pearce as the narrator is amazing. I could listen to him read anything even a grocery list 🙂
