I’m not sure if this is a day in the life type story or a lit RPG story. It seems like it bordered on being more of a day in the life story with some RPG elements. That’s not to say I did not enjoy the story, I did. But I was looking for a little bit more leveling up with more skills and abilities. I would also like to know why the author decided to use his main character as a punching bag. Everyone who plays these games knows that dexterity means a lot. Dexterity makes you fleet of foot as well as quicker. Even the characters in the book joke about the MC being beaten up so often. It took me out of the story. Those are my only two main complaints with this book. The sound design and narration was excellent and because of that and the story alone I am going to go on and read the next book.
