Katharine E Hamilton is a new author to me, and is very talented. I loved this story with all of it’s southern charm and realistic characters. I know that some people can carry a grudge, but 50 years seemed extreme. The characters were endearing and unique. I loved how the narrator performed them with distinguishable voices and accents. Karen Commins has a great voice and is easy to listen to. The imagery in this book was really well done, especially with the “haunting”. The story is a clean listen. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review.
