Negative: The author definitely needs to learn how to use a Thesaurus. Using the same descriptor over and over and over for every character to say they all have husky voices …erm…
Even when they are soft they are husky. LoL. It starts out hearing it a couple times in earlier chapters and by the end you will want to never hear it again by overuse.
There are a few other words that are caught in a loop of overuse for chapters at a time as well.
It really kills an otherwise well told and well thought out story to see such lack of effort or thought given to this. It feels like a first or rough draft IMO.
