great start to the series

Did the story keep me engaged: yes

Were there any parts I found annoying: no

Did I feel an emotional connection to the characters: yes

Would I listen to it again: yes

Dark City is a great start to this Urban Fantasy series. I’m a U/F fan so there’s not many places it can go wrong for me – great characters, mystery and magic are all I need, add in good pace and an interesting story and it ticks all my boxes.

Shawn Compton has done a great job of bringing this world to life, each characters personality shines through and has made for an enjoyable audio experience.
