Great character with lots of baggage, internal conflict and skills. The bad guys are really bad, the good guys are more grey than white and overall the situations and plot line isn’t to far fetched. I like that the author as included the desert environment as a key factor in survival and not as an afterthought.

Solid narration as always by Kevin Pierce.
