Love the world and main character enough to power through… but I couldn’t despise Zach more. Having the author spend 1/2 of this entire book “developing” a hated rival into a co-main character/ alternate protagonist is torture. The author has clearly decided to keep Zach around and develop depth & sympathy. (Insert barf emoji here)
