The book is good, but the main narrator is just total cringe, she comes across like a porn star actress speaking her lines and trying way tpo hard to make every word sound seductive.. even when it isn’t. At times shes drawing out words so mich she sounds drunk or high (maybe she was). This poor performance really overshadows the story and makes it hard to keep listening, which is a shame, cause the book seems good, I’m halfway through and I think I’ll finish this one in print.
