Mech Corps by Jake Bible is an audio book I requested and the review is voluntary. This is the second book I have read from this author and I loved the other one too. It is a great sci-fi novel filled with action, adventure, aliens, battles, suspense, high tech excitement, and more. Great narration that fit the story perfect. The plot, characters are well developed and the story was never dull. Earth is on the downhill, and humanity is looking for another place to live. On this one planet, they find a nice planet but the beings not happy to share, well neither would I! I wanted to glue myself to my tablet to continue to listen and not be without it until the end of the story. The only fault I found is that the word ‘said’ was in the story way too often. You just never know how often it is in there until you hear read to you. Great story regardless. The giant Mech Corps are awesome, who wouldn’t want to control these in battle! 30 foot giant robot warriors! Aliens eat human heads to get the information and become smarter. Fun, fun read! The cover of the book is wonderful!
