I’m Romcom skeptical, especially when it’s a period piece (after WW II in this case), but the characters Sebastian has drawn are complicated, believable, highly likeable (well, I suppose all Rom/Com heroes are supposed to be). It has all the characteristics of the genre, blended with a mystery, but the world Sebastian evokes, if only in one’s dreams, is still a delightful place in which to spend one’s mind or ear or imagination. I wish there were a third . . . and a fourth.
