This was a nice change of pace for me. I have been reading a lot of progression fantasy lately. So it was nice to read something where we are starting with the heroes at the pinnacle of their awesomeness. The story was entertaining and I really liked the characters. This being 3 books for the price of 1 makes it a great deal. Add to it the fact that soundbooth theater did the audiobook makes this a terrific production.
