I fell in love with Jeremy Robinson’s writing from Infinite. This is a departure from that style of sci-fi, so I was a little leery (having no interest in Kaiju)… Robinson is a masterful writer, so he kept me entertained and engaged the whole way through! I’m glad I gave this one a chance. The only reason I don’t give this 5/5 is because it’s not really my preferred genre, and some of the details felt like they were in there specifically aiming to make it into a movie (i.e., ALL Hollywood, no reality)… when you get near the end, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. Overall, this branch out of my preferred genre was worth my time & attention.
