Overall the authors did a great job explaining complex topics, the order ideas were presented was well thought out. I particularly like that they tended to almost over-explain the “apologies” and disclaimers for some of the uncomfortable ideas. That’s been useful for me in finding language when talking with friends or acquaintances about other uncomfortable ideas. It’s an important thing to call out and I feel better about my personal life seeing how they’ve done it here.

Overall I’d highly suggest this book, it’s exceptionally useful to introspective individuals. It likely won’t blow your mind with a radical new way of thinking, but will help you efficiently categorise certain behaviours that you notice and make choosing a more optimal reaction a little easier.

Thanks Robin and Kevin!
