This was the best book of the series. The first couple books could be a bit of a chore to get through as they are so technical. half a book one and two is just describing how the world works with essence/mana/etc. so you end up with books that have very little action or plot advancement.
by the time this book comes around most of that is behind us and we are onto action instead of the introspective .
artorian is an amazing character. this really flushed out and added some color to the divine dungeon series end.
