I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
OK, so with this book we are back to the “present” where book 1 ends. Well, a bit in the future, but that’s not important. Anyway, from the first few minutes, the action takes off and carries the same pace throughout. What I loved most about this book is the author manages to work in more layers and an actual plot (beyond just survival). The narrator does a fantastic job on this book, but with Andrew Wehrlen, that is not really a surprise to anyone familiar with his work. All in all, I’m definitely fired up and ready for book 4!
