I enjoyed the different perspectives and challenges faced by each person in the novel. The situations faced had enough twists to maintain interest without losing the reader in a mindless shell game of plots and subplots.
The only area which became somewhat tedious was the constant introspection and self flagellation that every one of the heroes seemed obsessed with.
Other than that the novel flowed well and was highly entertaining.
The huge bonus was Kevin Pierce as the narrator – in my mind he could read the dictionary and make it sound interesting.
