The concept of this story is great and the narrator does a great job but there are two aspects of this story that are nearly unforgivable. Number one, this author either has absolutely no clue about military and scientific protocol or was too lazy to do their homework. Poor decisions and complete lack of any chain of command made those parts of the story all fiction and no science. Last and definitely not least, all the teenage romantic interludes between the space Marines and the two main characters was so putridly saccharin that I probably need to see the dentist. Not only does it fail to add to the story…it completely detracts from it. Waste your time at your own risk.
