I am an avid reader of the LITRPG genre, and some works tend to suffer from “book 1 syndrome.” For me, this is when an author spends about half the book getting you into the game part of the LIT. and the rest in the RPG and never looks back. Delvers did not follow any kind of cookie cutter approach. Through humor and action, you find yourself driven into the pages.

Delvers LLC takes quite a few “risks” and tackles issues that we face every day in the real world, but do not always make it into the game. Prejudices and preconceptions are tackled, the way one fits into the greater universe, and adventure or gamers who have different objectives other than gaming or adventuring! Life indeed can happen when the rest of your time will be spend in a “game.” Is it really a “game?”
