I have read this book twice for two separate jobs I have held. It is incredible what you learn from this book – to keep your focus on what you do best, get the right people in the right seats, organize your meetings so they are effective, gain traction with your business and so much more! Would recommend to anyone who is feeling stuck, unorganized, and unproductive in their current business.
