Read the book when it came out. Figured I’d get the audio and do some listening while I garden… Narrator is his bland, and it sounds like his mouth is just full of slime with every word. I actually liked his voices for characters, a lot. I just had a really hard time with his regular voice.
I think it might be a lisp? Th, sh, ss, sounds just have a so much spit in them.
(Shrug) loved the book, couldn’t listen on audible.
