I have read through about 60 different LitRPG novels, and I put this on par with The Wandering Inn series. Nothing else comes close.
Everyone on Earth is given a notification that in 10 years the planet will be destroyed, only allowing for 10,000 survivors. Modern civilization literally becomes nonexistent and a stereotypical LitRPG system goes into effect. The story is broken into past and present. Past occurring during this 10 year period, and present following the only 2 survivors of the new world.
