I enjoyed this audiobook so much that I was able to finish it in 1 day! The first 3.5 hours is prepping. So if you hate a book with a lot of prepping, this isn’t for you. I thought the author did a good job and didn’t make the prepping parts like reading stereo instructions. The outbreak story line was described and detailed very well. One part that I loved was when a character called his friend “Sergeant York”! I’ve never heard him referred to in a book before, other than a book about him, and I thought it was pretty cool! (I’m from very rural Pall Mall, where Sgt. York was born, raised, lived and buried.) I really enjoyed the book and the narrator did a superb job! I can’t wait for book 2.
