To start off I would highly suggest you listen to all of this series and the other series created by Franklin Horton. He is building a world with multiple characters that are starting to tie in with each other and the best way to pick up on this is to read all the other books.
Now as far as this book goes it is a good story that I feel was mainly used just to introduce some new characters, further the world he has already built, and help to tie into his other series. I would consider this more of a foreshadowing story for what I’m sure will be more dramatic books. There is plenty of action and useful tips if you listen closely enough. But I feel like without knowing his other books most people will misjudge what’s happening in this one.
So in closing I do suggest this book to people who follow Franklin Hortons other series. But I would not suggest this to anyone just finding Franklin Horton. There is to much playing off his other books to get a good handle on this book.
