Christoff & Edna. This was a great story. Christoff lived a lonely life for centuries until the goddess sent him to his true mate Edna, He was a good man/dragon because he’d been helping the village that treated him like crap all his life because he was different & when he & Edna went back he continued to help. The Village From Hell as I call it had changed its tune. His evil brother (Lamar) got a taste of what he’d dished out sadly through his injured son (an example of the sins of the father being visited on the son) & had to ask Christoff’s help. Good soul & better man than most Christoff agreed to help. I’ve listened to other Lords of Valdier books this was my favorite.
