First off, you need to understand that this is my favorite genre for audiobooks and narrated by my favorite narrator. This was an excellent start to what should be a great series. The character development was very good and the storyline is very believable. I think the people behaved and acted very much like what I would expect in a real life situation. This is one of those books where I did not want to stop listening. So every moment I could I had my earbud in and the story turned on. I am anxiously awaiting the next book to find out how these people will deal with the world descending into darkness. As usual the narrator did a superlative job with reading this story. Kevin always makes the story come alive in my mind and I can visualize the story as it unfolds. Keep up the great work and keep them coming.
