Ok. I’m sick of Mattie. If I don’t like the heroine, I lose interest in the books. And I’m not liking Mattie much anymore. The books started out humorous but now everything is just a drag and Mattie has stood in her own way to finding happiness once too many times. I didn’t even finish reading the book as it was just too depressing.
