overall the story isn’t horrible. give it a C-. I’ve read much worse but it’s not that great either. The major conflict is over a king’s quest over collecting MacGuffins.
MC gets rare class. lets him do anything. he defeats BBEG bcause of it.
token mentions of real life. token mention of relationship with parents. supporting characters are one step at best from cardboard. main female character is acquaintance from RL.
