This novel was so beautiful and moving. It broke my heart and then put it back together and made it swell. It may not move at a frantic, page-turning pace that some plot-driven novels do, but nonetheless I couldn’t stop listening. I was absolutely drawn in by the main character, her emotions filling the air like a heavy atmosphere. The writing was simple and gorgeous at the same time. Highly recommend.
