Overall some of the better writing in the genre. Some of my biggest complaints would have to be the general impopentence of everyone else until the main character arrives. The fact that no one takes the world message seriously is also unbelievable. As at a bare minimum governments and militaries around the world would have read through the system information available just to do threat assessment and determine if any of it was credible information. While it seems like institutions move slowly we have learned lately it really depends on where you are as some can move frighteningly fast and 3 days would have been more than enough time for them to create strongholds, outposts, and more. besides that its an interesting system and I will continue with the series.
