This book was even more engaging than the first. The relationship between the main characters is growing, and the challenges they are about to face will draw on the strength of their relationship.
The action doesn’t stop until Angelus collapses from exhaustion, and then it picks right back up. I can’t wait to listen to the next book. I will probably be listening to this series more than once because this is the type box story that has multiple layers which should be uncovered one read//listen at a time.
