This book is a great example of a story that needs to be taken in the context it was written. It’s a comedy. It’s hysterical if you view as a comedy about people who are in impossible situations and make all the worst choices. If you take it seriously, you probably won’t enjoy it.
As an individual with invisible ‘disabilities’, questionable crisis decision making skills, and a snarky significant other, I thought this book was hilarious. Felix and Lane are perfectly horrible for one another. 😅
The narration by Joel Leslie was nicely performed, and I appreciated the variation in character voices.
