Fits the Akart pattern but they guy does his research. Narration was fine.

Most of the work I read has a formula. You can practically see the story outlines with different characters and settings. That doesn’t mean it’s bad but it is predictable.

I enjoy dystopian fiction and of all the present authors he’s probably one of the least political. He has his principles and I can get behind them but he’s not out there screaming things like feminism leads to communism.

It’s a good read, enjoyable pop fiction that throws in some decent science which elevates it above most pop fiction.

The Narrator was fine. Pretty sure I have heard him on Audiovox. Good to hear him outside of public domain work.
