This is my first with this author. I really enjoyed this post-apocalyptic story. It has great characters and down to earth and non-military. The only prepper to start with was Joe’s grandmother (great character) thru her letters and her old library books. Loved the characters of Joe (a good old boy who would help everybody if he could) Cobie, Cloe and Benny (the dog). Look forward to next book, great narration!
