The first Book in H.A.L.F. The Deep Beneath kept my attention from beginning to end. A half alien-human hybrid called 9 or Tex escapes only to find himself in an unfamiliar area, culture, and confronted by hostiles. Three teens seeking a night of solace find themselves in involved in more than they bargained for. Good character, plot, and scene development. The narrator did a great job! I received this free audiobook copy at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
