As I say being retired Military people are to complacent and not prepared for any disaster rather man made or natural. Today 3/2023 world is crazy if you are not prepared you be part of the 90%. This book is great example but each person experiences will be different. People will prey on the weak. Just look at Hurricanes and tornadoes how people who are not prepared act.
