Writing is good. Worldbuilding is decent although understand this is more of a fast paced fantasy instead of an epic world-builder. You are definitely thrown into a world here, and the amount of characters and scene switching might make you have to rewind a bit. I missed a key point early in the first book about a certain character going by 2 different names. I was beyond confused during a flashback scene in which he is going by his original name and it took me forever to realize my mistake/confusion.
