the story was underwhelming it is hard to care about anything it just shoves a ton of characters into the story all around the same time so I spent half the book trying to remember who the hell some characters were because right after they were introduced even more popped up. and throughout the book the main group is attacked constantly and it quickly gets annoying none of it is impactful or interesting you dont know why or who is attacking them it just happens all of the damn time making it hard to care about anything.
