The book drags a bit and over describes some situations. Some instances seem way to drawn out and it made me antsy to get to the story line.
Wolff did a great job with character building and I loved the main character as well as the supporting characters. Tracey always produces distinctive lovable characters and evil villainous characters.
I found this novel entertaining and am looking forward to Book 2.
*Side Note – I originally thought this spin-off series would revolve around Izzy & Remi as the main characters, then found out they were supporting characters after the book was released. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the new characters and believe she kept Remi & Izzy’s characters consistent to their original behaviors and characteristics which was fun!
Narrators: I found the female’s voice too high pitched, and found the male voice to not match the character I was expecting.
