I enjoyed the story and the narrator. The MC has some unique abilities but isn’t overpowered, he just thinks through a problem and comes up with a good plan to move forward. The MC ends up with a small group of friends who seem like a common group of players instead of, the more common to this genre, pile of obnoxious stereotypes.

Overall it was a good story and the narration was good. There was nothing amazing about the book but I have paid more for significantly worse productions.

There is very little cursing in the book, most expletives are replaced with non-swear words with the exception of an f-bomb towards the end. There is some young adult content, with R-rated nudity and one instance of intercourse with similar R-rated description.
