I enjoyed listening to this one but have no desire to continue this series. A huge part of the reason is due to Mike. I get the whole cultivation genre always has an egotistical idiot who wants to destroy the MC but Mike’s motivation was just stupid. All the other stuff made this book worth the credit and Mike’s underwhelming grudge against Rick made this series stop after book one for me.
