I like the message and the content a lot, however when I dug into Andres Pira more I’ve become weary of buying all of what he’s saying. His final chapter he talked about being generous to employees and treat them well but upon looking at his business and their careers section of their website he offers his employees 7 days vacation a year. That’s contradictory to him saying encouraging others to give employees a generous time off policy. Some things just seem a little fishy. I think the message is great, but I’m suspicious of the source.
