Good, exciting story. Even though oddly placed in Minnesota, pretty true to the Holmes genre. This book introduces a new character, a sort of poor-man’s Holmes who joins Sherlock and Watson on the adventure. I like the historical placement of the book – descriptions of turn-of-the-century Minneapolis.

Narrator for the series is very good. Struggles with some of the peripheral voices but nails Sherlock, Holmes, and the new guy Rafferty.

A very enjoyable listen!
